This 30 Day Right Of Return covers every product you buy from FilterWater.co.nz - No Questions Asked
If the product isn't what you expected, simply return it to to us in its original condition and we will quickly refund your purchase price.
- please supply proof of purchase date.
- the buyer pays for return to base shipping - if we made the mistake we pay the shipping costs
- the return shipping should be by tracked and addressed correctly, either Courier or NZ Track & Post... we take no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit, the goods must arrive safely at our base for your refund to be processed.
- the goods Must Be Returned in salable condition, Please pack the goods carefully.
We also offer an extended 12 month warranty... in the unlikely event one of our products develops a fault within 12 months of your purchase... We will replace it with the same or equivalent product, or offer a full refund.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
